180 wordsMy best ideas for LinkedIn never happen at my desk. They hit me when I am out for a walk or driving, unplugged from my computer and letting my mind breathe. I used to record voice notes to capture these moments. But I had no frictionless way to turn those raw voice notes into actual posts. When I tried standard AI writing tools, the output felt hollow. It lacked substance and needed more of me behind it. I was stuck with a frustrating puzzle: how do I write high-quality posts during a busy life, without letting AI just auto-generate generic content? That was the impetus for Proofd. I wanted a way to operate on the go, on the fly, without typing. But I also wanted to prove provenance, showing that the thoughts the AI assisted with are genuinely mine. Now, Proofd is born. It is a voice-first tool to generate, edit, and fine-tune posts using your voice, complete with a provenance score to prove the ideas are yours. This is what I have been building. I hope you enjoy it.

What this means: The substance traces to Jeff Tannenbaum's own voice recordings — real thoughts they spoke aloud. The numbers above come straight from those recordings, which stay private.
What this does not mean: It doesn't claim the post is factually true, or that no AI was involved — Proofd uses AI to shape the raw material. It attests that a real person thought, spoke, and recorded this.
